The app detects crashes and immediately notifies your emergency contacts with your GPS position. This enables faster response times and ensures help can be alerted event in situations where the rider cannot call for help themselves. Additional safety features includes Safety Tracking and motorcycle specific hazard warnings such as potholes and gravel. Detecht also provides a lot of options to explore, plan and ride the optimal motorcycle route, with their Road Book, Curvy Roads (curvy routing mode) or Round Trip which generates a round tour based on the curviest and most scenic routes. On top of this Detecht also offers turn-by-turn motorcycle navigation, allows users to discover and share routes with a global riding community, plan trips, and track your ride statistics.

A freemium model unlocks premium features including curvy road auto-generation, round trip live safety tracking, CarPlay support, speed camera alerts, GPX import/export, and more.
