Day 4 Wee loop around the South Island

What another cracker day with weather and riding. Blenheim through the Rainbow Station then out to Greymouth for the night.

Day 2 Picton to Cobb Reservoir

Queen Charlotte Sound the ride is awesome OMG such fun over to Takaka . The hill Whoop whoop love it. Out to Cobb what a place the native bush the damn te river. The forestry track how good was this? Had fun dropped bike multiple times thank god I had a couple peeps there to help pick up and move it around . Back showered fed and now relaxing for the evening. I’ll be sleeping well.

South Island Trip Day 8

Picton to Levin. Our time in the south ended today and what a journey. Definitely going back complete the lower south and revisit parts of this journey for sure. We boarded the ferry early and we sailed 1/2 hr early too, fantastic which meant we went into bike shops to eye up my potential future bike & apparel. I can’t thank my travel companions enough for the opportunity to see the beautiful country we live in and see it together. We parted ways in Paraparaumu where they’re spending time with their friends going to concert. I wish them the bestest weekend and safe travels home. I’m spending my time catching up with friends and meeting cousins for the first time whom are over from America, I’ll stay at Hotel de son ( my sons home) so grateful to be able to do the things that I do, looking forward to my next bike if and when it should take my interest in the meantime I’m going to continue to clock up the kilometres on my lil bike. Day 5 Blenheim to Hamner Spring

Big day heading over to Hamner via Rainbow Rd. River crossing and real rugged roads,. Biggest distraction the scenery omg breath taking beautiful. Had an oops but carried onto Lake Tennyson for lunch. Then cruised to Hamner for the evening.

Day 7 Final Day Blenheim to HB

Early start to return back to the bay. Busy lineup at the Bluebridge Ferry cannot wait to get on board to relax off the bike for the next 3 hrs.
