Māpua to Picton overnight. Highly recommend taking the scenic route to Picton, road conditions were challenging but fun. Keep your wits about you! Look forward to the next South Island adventure!

Day 4 Kahurangi National park to Blenheim

Meeting up with other party in Blenheim . Brought rear tyre in Nelson thank goodness I got in 3.30pm fantastic! Our other group turned up later that night after their ferry got delayed in Wellington. We are all together now

Saint arnaud morning trip

From richmond up tophouse road to saint arnaud, stoped at the lakes and made our way to kawateri junction back over hope saddle and spooners

Day 3 Cobb House to Takaka

1.30am walk about the ngāhere star gazing a night of laughter. Woke to a beauty day and early breakfast sat in the sun reading sipping coffee. Freaking rear tyre giving me grief but made it back onto the tar seal for the day and out to a pizza place in the middle of nowhere. Great pizza awesome view fab company although I was not in the mood at this stage, I made the most of the day then I rode to get rid of that funk. Dinner in Takaka met with mates friend and relaxed. The night ride back to Cobb what an adventure night ride woohoo the visor got splattered with bugs and had to lift it up to see. Lit the fire and chill time. Great place highly recommend the visit to kahurangi national park. I would definitely return just to amongst the bush and weka.

Mainly sealed roads with a little gravel thrown in
