I left home with every intension of making a quick 10min blast. I turned the music on and felt so relaxed that I allowed the front wheel to swollow som distance. it was cold but comfortable and music choice was helping with helping my thoughts steady and concentration grew with the pleasure of the ride. One quick blow through as I neared the single point in the ride safest to do that. and allowed the machine to cool down. didn't want to end this ride,
