Route 23 to High Point State Park, across the Milford Bridge. Back roads to Shohola Township, then up into Sullivan County. Lots of open road, twists, and amazing views. Through Fowlerville, Sparrow Bush, Port Jervis, and down into Vernon for the connection to 23.
