Activate your Premium offer from Svedea

With motorcycle insurance from Svedea, you can activate a Premium offer from Detecht. You activate it on Detecht's website, not in the app.

Activate the offer

1. Go to detechtapp.com/partners/svedea.
2. Enter your insurance number.
3. Log in to your Detecht account, or create a new one if you don't have one yet.
4. Activate your Premium offer.
5. Download the Detecht app and log in with the same account.

Download the app

Download Detecht from the App Store on an iPhone, or from Google Play on an Android phone. Then log in with the account you used for the offer.

If your insurance number doesn't work

Enter the insurance number of your motorcycle insurance, not your customer number at Svedea. You find the insurance number in your insurance letter, or on Mina sidor at Svedea.

If you already have Premium

You can activate the offer as soon as your current subscription has run out, and it lasts one year from the day you activate it:

1. Cancel your current Premium subscription.
2. Wait until it has run out.
3. Activate your Svedea offer at detechtapp.com/partners/svedea.

If you've forgotten your password

Tap Forgot password on the website's login page.

If that doesn't work, tap Email us at the end of this page, and we'll email you a link to change your password. The email comes from noreply@detecht-a7400.firebaseapp.com.
