Delete your account or reset your statistics

In Settings on your Profile page, scroll down to Services to delete your account or reset your statistics. You can also delete it on detechtapp.com.

Delete your account in the app

iOS

  1. On the start screen, go to your Profile page.
  2. Tap Settings, the cog icon in the top right corner.
  3. Scroll down to Services and tap Delete user data.
  4. Tap Delete.
  5. Tap Confirm.

Android

  1. On the start screen, go to your Profile page.
  2. Tap Settings, the cog icon in the top right corner.
  3. Scroll down to Services and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm it's you by logging in again, the same way you signed up.
  5. Tap Delete Account.

Delete your account on the web

  1. Go to detechtapp.com and log in.
  2. Tap your name in the top right corner.
  3. Open the Account tab.
  4. Under Delete, tap Delete next to Delete account.
  5. Tap Delete account to confirm.

Reset your statistics

Resetting clears your rider statistics and keeps your account.

  1. On the start screen, go to your Profile page.
  2. Tap Settings, the cog icon in the top right corner.
  3. Scroll down to Services and tap Reset driver statistics.
  4. Tap Reset.
  5. Tap Confirm.
